How Does HeatGUARD Work?

Heat invades the container in three ways: radiation (direct sunlight), conduction (heat transferring through the metal container walls), and convection (hot air circulating inside the container).

The highly reflective aluminum foil surface of the HeatGUARD liner reflects 95% of radiant heat back to the container. During installation, an air layer is retained between the liner and the container wall, creating an insulating buffer zone that blocks conductive heat transfer. Once the liner is sealed, air cannot flow freely, completely cutting off convective heat.

All three mechanisms work simultaneously, keeping the internal temperature within a controllable range and ensuring cargo quality throughout the entire journey.
